The previous few days have been dull gray, and increasingly rainy (welcome to Fall and Winter in Northwest Washington 
). Certainly not optimal conditions to be out in the weather taking photographs.
The dismal conditions of today make me long for a bright sunny day, not so long ago.

Cold and gray.

Thanks so much Maxine. Ironically the ability to write poetry emerged organically after I began taking photos. As if they were always meant to go together. Who knew? But I love it!
