Today’s post is in honor of my Uncle Ken who was called home to claim his eternal reward this previous Wednesday.
The long painful battle is over
Off to Heaven you did fly
To the suffering of this world
You said a merciful goodbye.
You’re now in the presence
Of loved ones long passed
I can only imagine the joy
As you are reunited at last.
The voice of your Savior
Saying welcome home my Son
Your eternal reward is ready
For a job well done.
Rest well dear Uncle
Until I see you again.
